How can I activate my links in my profile

We don't use sigs here in the forums. Members can use their "custom title" as you have, and there's always their profile that other members can look at.

Can you please tell me how can I use anchor text in my links. Like you are doing. Please help.

If you mean making the title under the username into a clickable link, it can't be done. The username above posts links to the members' profiles, and there is a place to link to the member's site there.

Like you are doing.I didn't. When moderators are set up, there are links also set up to the forums they oversee instead of a regular user title.
