Yes, you can get a lots of BL and pretty quick. There are RSS directories like normal link directories where you can submit your feed.

I have had very good success with getting links from RSS feeds. As long as your syndicated content is unique it is a good long-term link strategy. I have had the most success with it by featurign industry news, reviews and gossip.
