Well i think that i deserve your congratulations. Google reports a 150% ctr (3 clicks for 2 impressions) on a rare keyword , my client's name, for a particular day. I might also deserve congratulations for finding a keyword with a 0.01 € cpc but this could be a subject for another discussion. :)

Has anyone else noticed something similar ? Is it a clear and reported case of clickfraud ?

This can happen in the following situation: a customer searches for your client's name, clicks on your ad, then backs up and clicks on something else, then backs up and clicks on your ad again. 1 impression; 2 clicks.

Could be click fraud; could just be someone comparing your site with another site.

It does sound like it could be fraud as one person has obviously clicked on your ad 2 (or maybe 3) times from the same result.

nikoska, one other possibility:

Probably the most common cause for a CTR of more than 100% has to do with the fact that stats for impressions and clicks don't necessarily update through all servers at the same time.

When checking stats for the date range of 'Today', it is not at all uncommon to see stats which temporarily show CTRs of more than 100%, for this reason. If you check for a date range other than 'Today' (i.e. for 'Yesterday' or days in the past) you should see that things have caught up.
