INTERNET MARKETING MANAGER, PAID SEARCH
We are looking for an Internet Marketing Manager to plan, direct, and manage internet marketing campaigns and partnerships with a focus on SEM.
Essential Job Functions:
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and implement internet marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong focus on paid search campaigns.
Develop, actively test, and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and hit targets.
Assists in overseeing the execution of and measuring the success of online marketing efforts, specifically in regards to paid search campaigns and internet display advertising campaigns.
Responsible for developing creative briefs, directing new creative generation with Creative staff, and executes and implements trafficking campaign creatives to media companies.
Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of online campaigns and partnerships
Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity.
Influence conversion through messaging, promotion, and landing page optimization; maintain consistent branding across all online marketing.
Communicates with search engines and media vendors, maintaining strong relationships, on ongoing Web-based campaigns providing updates and information and constantly reviews the marketplace for new online opportunities
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs; provide management reports and insight as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience managing large paid search campaigns with Tier 1 and Tier 2 search engines required.
Previous experience managing, optimizing, and growing multiple online marketing and advertising campaigns and partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data.
Proven success managing cross functional teams and processes.
Strong ad trafficking and production experience.
Proficiency in and experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, web browsers, HTML and HTML editors such as Dreamweaver or Homesite and basic skills in Adobe products.
Previous experience with web analytics and bid management software a plus.
