This is an open invitation to all Search Marketers working in corporate marketing departments (inhouse):

Going to SES San Jose? SEMPO will be hosting its first in-house search marketer gathering at Search Engine Strategies. The event is open to all in-house search marketers. Details:

When: 6:30 to 8:00pm, Wednesday August 9th
Where: Room C at the Conference Facility

The purpose of the event is to provide an exclusive forum for networking, idea sharing, and an update on what SEMPO has been doing to help in-house search marketers. The SEMPO Inhouse Committee will be hosting the event and will be seeking input for future initiatives. No vendors are allowed to attend, sorry.

Please RSVP to rsvp@sempo.org if you plan on attending and forward this to others that you know are attending. If you meet other inhouse SEMs and brand managers at the conference please tell them about the event. We believe this will be the largest gathering of client-side search marketing specialists in SES history!

Great idea! Will you be doing this at other SES shows? I can't make it to San Jose but would love to attend at another show (preferably Chicago, hint hint ;) ).
