Monday morning, my client wants a report of last week's spend (M-S). Can I get it? NO, AND NEITHER CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Of course without a biling department, that has it's own database of my cliet's charges ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CAN!
I logged in and tried to view an invoice, I get an "IE has encountered an error and must close" error. I try to see another one and get the same error. YES, my cache, temp files and cookies were cleaned. Yes, it is happening on EVERY invoice. Yes, it is happening in more than one account. Yes customer service is getting the same problem, but with a different error. No I can't get an account report to help in this matter because the reporting data is 50 hours behind!!!!!!
Get this fixed ASAP. Better yet, do that AND develop a billing department with it's own independent stats that can help in situations like this. What other company in the ENTIRE WORLD runs business without some kind of accounting department to deal with any billing issues, not some telemarketing customer service rep that can barely add two and two? In my lifetime this is the ONLY company I have dealt with that didn't feel the need to have one.
