Can anyone suggest a good tool for web stats? I have used urchin and index tools but I am not happy with the results. One feature I am really interested in is tracking the history of the returning visits, So I can to analyze the entire ordering process. Our products are expensive and most purchases are made by returning visitors. the problem is that I don't know what they did in their first visit or visits, plus I cannot know who the original referrer was.
Thanks Jorge

Jorge,
I am pretty sure Urchin 5.6 with its e-commerce module tells you this.
I run Urchin 5.6 with the e-commerce module and the campaign tracking module on several of my client e-commerce sites. It does tell me time to transaction and time to session.
Am I understanding you correctly?

You might want to check out ClickTracks (www.clicktracks.com).

Urchin is a bit expensive but if it works accurately it may be what I need. Thanks again

I am partial to KeywordMax and WebSideStory.
Have to look at Urchin... have not really looked at it since major upgrades.
