jag, I wouldn't do it unless there was a really good reason. The domain name stays in the address bar because the rest of the site is actually being pulled up inside a frame. The instructions say that title and meta tags are important for search engine rankings, but we know that it's page content and optimization, and the internal linking within the site as well.

You could put a <noframes> section in, but that's just one little section and you'll need more than just that for the whole site and the individual pages on it.
