Excuse me, but, when you say kanoodle rocks, do you mean it pays a good salary, or do you mean it provides ROI.
So far in my dealings with kanoodle, their customer support has been exelent (kuddos to you if you work there).
But when it comes the quality of Kanoodle traffic, it stinks. I haven't used it for 2 months, but I find it hard to believe that your fraud detection has gotten much better over time.
I am not saying Kanoodle doesn't work. But I had several sets of campaigns, I used the same sets on many second tier PPCs.
7search, goClick, searchfeed, findwhat and business.com had great conversion and a considerable amount of traffic.
Findit-quick and turbo10 had a good conversion, but hardly any traffic.
Kanoodle and ah-ha had extremely low quality traffic, with bad conversion, and a HUGE amount of traffic.
Mamma and Xuppa gave me a 0% conversion rate...

Perhaps I am missing something, but does Kanoodle's BrightAds service agreement tie you up in an exclusive agreement with Kanoodle for an entire year?
(e) Kanoodle and COMPANY agree that during the term of this Agreement, COMPANY will not implement on the COMPANY Pages a Sponsored Links Service provided by any other company. For purposes of this Section, a "Sponsored Links Service" means a system that provides functionality that is the same as or substantially similar to any of the Kanoodle Services company, as determined by Kanoodle in its sole but reasonable discretion.
[snip]
10.Term and Termination.
(a) This Agreement will remain in effect for one year (the "Term"), commencing upon the first date that the Kanoodle Links are live to end users on the COMPANY Pages ("Live Date"), subject to any earlier termination as provided herein. The Term shall automatically renew for one year periods if not terminated prior to the end of the Term.

Whilst it sounds like a non chemically nurtured variant of the Turnip family it is in fact a term that people use to refer to the algorithmically returned search results, in the sense that they are 'natural' or have been returned on the basis of some unfettered selection.
SERP = search engine result page
Meaning the result has to do with relevancy and not monetization?
Thanks for the clarification.

Loosely speaking yes, they are organic in the sense of they are not paid adverts in the sense of being part of a paid inclusion program as advertised by the SE. eg overture sponsored or adword type programs.

Thanks for bringing this confusion to our attention. You are not bound to use BrightAds for a particular length of time. We will be updating the wording of our service agreement to clarify this.
Feel free to post more questions, or contact us directly regard BrightAds at brightadscs@corp.kanoodle.com.

We are always attentive to the quality of our partner networks and adjust them accordingly. We recently completed a full sweep of our KeywordTarget network and removed a small group of partners who were not performing at our standards. I encourage you to try again. Feel free to contact me so I put you in touch with with a client services rep who can assist in handling your campaign.
Further, we should be clear that we currently maintain two separate networks – one for search (including InfoSpace, CNET and others) and one for content (CBS MarketWatch, MSNBC, USATODAY.com, AutoBytel and more).
We are always open to feedback on this and other topics.
Thanks,
- KanoodleGal

In response to your feedback, we have made some changes to our BrightAds Terms and Conditions effective November 12th, 2004 -- we removed the exclusivity clause, which means you can run BrightAds within the same site and on the same pages as other products you may be using, and we've changed the term of the agreement to be more flexible.
Please note, the changes outlined below:
We have removed the following:
1. Kanoodle and COMPANY agree that during the term of this Agreement, COMPANY will not implement on the COMPANY Pages a Sponsored Links Service provided by any other company. For purposes of this Section, a “Sponsored Links Service” means a system that provides functionality that is the same as or substantially similar to any of the Kanoodle Services company, as determined by Kanoodle in its sole but reasonable discretion
2. This Agreement will remain in effect for one year (the “Term”), commencing upon the first date that the Kanoodle Links are live to end users on the COMPANY Pages (“Live Date”), subject to any earlier termination as provided herein. The Term shall automatically renew for one year periods if not terminated
And have added the following:
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing the Kanoodle Services from the Company pages. Kanoodle may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice via email.
Feel free to continue to post, or contact us directly at brightadscs@corp.kanoodle.com.
Thanks!
