There are companies out there offering to manual sub for $29 to vilesilencer directory list.???? Is this a scam or waste of time and money>

If you are going to do free directory subs the vilesilencer directory list is one of the better maintained lists out there.
Out of that list you should get about 120 emails notifying you that your site has been add to there directory.
$29 seems very cheap though.
