MSN Reporting

We cannot get the reports:
1. to run in a timely manner. (takes all day and times out 30 times to get the day before's spend
2. to be automatically sent via email (& either can the msn rep)
Anyone have an answer? :mad:

hi DoneIt,
on June 8 we released some reporting UI changes that should make dealing with reports easier. now you can set your reports to run in the background while you do other tasks in adCenter.

are you still unable to get your reports mailed to you? i'm wondering if the June 8 release may have fixed this issue for you. please let me know.

Honestly, after speaking with several key players at MSN and having them look into it their conclusion was that they dont know why we can't get reports. We closed the account. We are probably in the top 5% of spend on Google & Yahoo easily.
