I have not used the last version personal as I gave up on recip's over a year ago. The mining function on Arelis is very good. You can pick 50 relevant categories but choosing high Overture keywords. You then mine up 300 sites from Google using allinanchor:keyword which gives you the top sites that have inbound links with that keyword in the anchor text.

You can also per filter sites out like .edu, .gov's and once you delete a site it goes into the filter and you will not pull it up again unless you clear the filter.

As far as a fully automated system to send out mini campaigns requesting different inbound links, the ability for the site you are requesting the recip from to edit the description and title you gave them, auto checking to see if the recip site drops your links, auto requests dropping the recip you gave them if they don't respond and many other good automated functions I have not seen a program that beats or meets www.ReciprocalManager.com Reciprocal Manager.

Having said that personally I think that doing reciprocal links is waste of time and that they are dead. Jagger 1-2-3 finished them off as far as Google is concerned.
