I was recommended to join one dating site called (edited).com
instead of typing it in my browser address frield, I did a search on google,
for (edited) and found different site (edited).net , started to search more and found the whole bunch of sites that 100% duplicates

i do not want to post links to those sites on your forum, you can see them yourself if you do a search on google for

(edited)

as a responsible user, I have reported to google and msn a few times about
those sites, but nobody ever did anything, I want to make it clear,
I do not have problems with (edited).net they do not spam,
it is another site (edited).net who sort of copied their domain name and created a dozen of dorways sites

please, tell me is it considered search spam or it is okay to create a bunch
of absolutely the same sites with different metatags and why neither google nor msn did not remove those sites from thier index?

will be okay to post my question this way? ;)

<link to search removed>

there will be a bunch of sites that I consider spam, but obviously google does not, I am asking for advice from pros - is a search spam or not and what to do to have those sites out of google index and msn also

There are certain markets and search terms for which there are aggressive tactics used. There always have been, still are, and there always will be.

It's up to the individual webmaster to decide whether to try to compete against sites in those areas, and whether it's viable to try rather than pursuing placement in less aggressive spaces with optimization methods they find personally comfortable using. Reporting competitors in hopes of having them removed in order to elevate one's own rankings isn't a viable or potentially successful option - it never has been and still isn't.

If a person feels so moved, the Google spam report form is available for use; as long as it's understood that it isn't a way to knock the competition out of the way.
