I am steaming mad. PayPal will give a debit card to my account *only* if I change my PO box to a physical address.
The whole reason I have a PO box is so I don't have to worry about my mail being stolen from my mailbox and some idiot robbing me of my identity. And, I have an ex who I really don't want to find out where I live.
What is the deal with this? Why would they have such a stupid policy?
