Converting Google adwords to Yahoo via excel

Has anyone tried any scripts or methods to convert google adwords excel spreadsheet format into the overture ppc spreadsheet format or vice versa?

They do it for you now....

There is an upload page but it is limited to 3MB per upload. Otherwise, you can email it to them and they will convert it for you.

P.S. If you convert your account, YOU WILL LOSE THE ABILITY TO CHECK SEARCH VOLUME.

I'm not sure what spreadsheets you're talking about, do you mean a spreadsheet you make yourself to import INTO the adwords editor or is this some kind of Export format FROM the adwords system.

I'd be cautious about trying to automate this process if I were you. Although it is CPC program on a search engine, each program has unique features and policies that you should take care of individually.
1-There is a difference in search volume from Google vs Yahoo. You may end up paying a lot more or not enough on one if you make them the same because the keyword competition will vary.
2-Quality Score functions differently on each one. Optimizing your adgroups on one may be detrimental on the other.
There are a number of other differences as well. But the point remains: leave them separate and work on them individually.
