Hi, my company hired an outsource company to develop our website and i think is a SEO mess, i went to the SES at NY (can't wait to the next) and i realized this was a bad work, it's still not working "officially" but it's done, the outsource will give me access to a content management so i can feed up the site, please give me your honest opinion about this website http://www.bajasactivities.com/demo/ thank you very much

Hello Christian,

You asked for honesty... :)
I just looked over it briefly, but from what I did see, the site looks as though very little SEO thought went into it.
There are no alt attributes in your image tags, or at least I could not find any.
You have a number of unnecessary meta tags, not that that is really a big deal.
A lot of your important text / SE Fodder / keywords are pulled in via an I-Frame
The rest of your important text / SE Fodder / keywords are embedded in images. This is a practice that I personally believe is ok, as long as you balance it with alt text, and other text within the body of the page, so that the SE know what your page is about.
Also from a CRO standpoint, it is a bit messy. As a user I feel a little intimidated by all the links and options. I am not sure where to go. I would much more likely to convert if there were a clear call to action. Of course this may just be because it is in Spanish, which I have not spoken for 10 years.

Yes I think SEO could be done better...
A quick look generated the following feedback:
* No alt attributes on many images
* Use of frames when it can be done without it (and keywords are inside it)
* Sitemap looks not comprehensive
* Links to some banner/header images are missing (visitors usually associate images with links to other pages)
Yes, more can be done to optimize this page.
