Lycos Ranking Report Tool

In another thread (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?t=516), Mike Sack mentioned a ranking reporting tool offered by Lycos: http://ranking.lycos.com/

I haven't heard much about this. Has anyone used it or heard anything about the story behind Lycos creating it? In-house, partnership, etc.? For all I know this came out a long time ago and (touch wood) it managed to avoid penetrating my brain...

I did a short follow-up posting over here (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?t=586), saying it seemed pretty expensive compared to other tools. NFFC said the tool really is just a rebranded version of a service that Mike's company Inceptor powers.
