I contacted customer support after a few attempts at migrating my existing Adwords campaign to adcenter. The representative was no help, and seemed to have no understanding of the interface or user guidelines. I have a large campaign consisting of hundreds of ad groups and thousands of keywords, does anyone have practical advise on how to quickly migrate from adwords to adcenter?

SonicAM19, and other adCenter customers on SEW -
if you are unhappy with your experience with the adCenter support team, please let me know. we want to make sure you have a positive experience with support.

you can always send me a private message with the support ticket # and explain what happened / what wasn't resolved / what questions you still have. i will escalate to support and they can figure out what happened.

thanks,

It's too bad the people who answer the phones and emails don't have the ability to go directly to the Techies for the answers to 'issues.'

It's a tad difficult to give support when you don't get support yourself! Try and imagine how frustrated they must get when they've got an angry caller on the line and they've got nobody to give them an answer to pass on. That must be pure and utter Hell...

You've noticed how scripted any communication with Support is? They have no other resources to rely on except what they read on the screen or in the training manuals.

They also never get a chance to try running real ads, so they've no way of understanding the weird little glitches that come up.

Come on give them a break. It's not like the poor Joe's invented adCenter, or can do anything but pass our complaints on by email, themselves.
