Hello Friends,
Actually I have a website www.directphoneshop.co.uk, this site have top 10 ranking in yahoo and msn with all good keywords of mobiles like mobile shop, mobile phone shop uk,three mobile shop, and also in google to few keywords like latest lg deals, latest nokia deals, latest handset..but the traffic of this site is very very less...can anybody help me where is the main problem.

I don't mean to offend, but might I suggest having someone who is more comfortable with English write or fix your copy? I also agree with the above poster that it's very spammy.

I agree with the copywriting, you definitely need to improve on that. Maybe you are getting traffic, but not enough conversions!. You should check site referrals and the log data.
I would clean out the clutter from the home page and create clean landing pages with enough call to actions. Perhaps doing this might solve your problem.
