SEO and website background color question

Hello, I was wondering if the background color is something to take into consideration for SEO in designing a website. If we have a green background with white font or is white background/black font better fork SEO?

As long as you have a combination that is actually readable for your users there's no problem, if you have a combination that is not readable then it might be considered as spam or hidden text, anyway i don't know what happen when you use white background, an img as background in css with divs and white font

There is no difference at all whether you use a green background and white font or white background and black font or any other combination. Just so long as you do not hide text, you canuse whatever combination you want. There is not benefit of one color scheme over another.
