Alright, maybe beta.search.msn.com was just the review for the new look and not pumping the msnbot db? I am seeing 100% correlation between beta.search.msn.com and search.msn.com. But I am not seeing much evidence that either is being powered by msnbot results at the moment.
Techpreview is showing pages grabbed by msnbot, but I am not seeing it in beta.

msnbot is at my site every-stickin day indexing - probably indexed 7000+ pages. I still only have two pages that come up on the MSN search.
