So, we OK'd the uploading of recommended phrases for an account yesterday. I told the rep to run the $1,000 option to start things off.
Finest kind he says, and we're up and running.
This morning I get the receipt showing the debit on the credit card - only it's the wrong credit card.
partly my own fault, as we changed cards in our accounts. The new one, whihc we use, is the second one listed, the first one being the old one we don't use any more.
After reading through my account, I can't seem to located a spot where I can disable or remove the old card form the list, nor does it seem possible to assign priority to one of the cards over the other.
I'm actually baffled by this, as the old card's account has been closed for some time now.
So, where did the $1,000 charge end up? My receipt says the old card number was chagred and it went through fine.
Anyone know how to remove that old card from the payment options list? What am I missing...?
