Does anyone use this?

My boss signed up for it after seeing it recommended on John Reese's Traffic Secrets DVD.

I don't like it at all. I have a hard time logging on (almost always getting errors), and there doesn't seem to be any data on there worth looking at.

I think we're still within our money-back guarantee window.

Feedback? Suggestions for alternatives?

We are also using Google Analytics. Clickalyzer doesn't appear to do anything Analytics can't do, but I get so frustrating looking I might be missing something big.

Oh yes, and our web host uses SmarterStats for viewing our stats based on the logs.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if no one's got anything GOOD to say, it's probably not the best service.

never heard of it...

There are of course alternatives... WebStats, Webalizer, Hitbox etc...

We use WebClickTracker because it can separate PPC from organic listings and shows a lot of detail. But if you're looking for fancy reports, this doesn't produce it. We don't need those, we just wanted the detail. V affordable, too.

The nice thing about the PPC part of the tracking is that it shows negative matches for your Google Adwords whereas Google doesn't specifically give you that information...
