Just wanted to say thanks to Danny, Chris and all the panelists at SES last week in NY.
It was great to actually meet folks face-to-face and yet again, the sessions proved valuable and immediately useful.
Alas, I must wait another year before the adventure begins again - but with the notes and contacts I brought back, the year will be full...and then some.
Kick-a$$ conference guys & gals - keep up the good work. :D

It truly was a great conference. I've been attending these conferences for several years now and I have to admit that I was a little bit surprised at the number of CEOs, Presidents of companies, and top-level C-type exectives that were attendees.
Do we have an official count as to the number of people who attended? Last year's event in NYC was around 5000 as I recall?

It was mentioned to me the number was atound 6500 - nothing official, though.
Nice to have met you, too, Bill - great to put a face to a name. Thanks for the tips on useful tools. :)

Duane ...bummer we didn't meet, I would have liked to, since you seem like a nice guy, even though I am slightly mad at Canadians right now after that Baseball win today. :p maybe in San Jose?

Duane,
It was good meeting you and I have to agree that this was a great conference and from a business and personal networking perspective it has been one of the top shows to date. Congrats to Danny, Karen and the crew on a good show.
Chris, finally good to meet you as well. ;)

Thanks, everyone, and glad you enjoyed it! If you're pleased, I'm happy :)
It was our largest show, and I think the final count for everyone (expo, paid attendees, speakers etc) was 5,500 to 6,000.

Yep it was a fun time (and not just because I won a palm T|X at the expo :p ) as well as being educational. Thanks to all for making it so, especially those who organised, and those who presented.
