Hey All
I require some info on www.baidu.com and hope some of you can help me.
Im trying to find out info about www.baidu.com 's search engine .
1.The search engine has 'internal' option and 'external' option. Im guessing 'internal' refers to searching chinese based sites. Whilse 'external' refers to search globally. Im i correct in assuming this ?
2.Does the site spider / index all its own stuff or those it feed off other sites for its results/database.
3.Language wise those the search engine allow searches both in the chinese (Hanyu) language aswell as english or just one of the languages.
4.It says its a chinese Search engine , does it index only domains on the china domain ( . CN) or webpages containing chinese characters / writting or something else.
