AdCenter 411,
Can you tell me why the columns in the reports don't total? I send these reports out to all my clients. So when I evenutally persuade my clients to use MSN, I'm going to have to manually total all these columns. Not a big deal, but I have many clients. I don't want to spend the 1st and the 16th exclusively working on MSN reports. Is that going to be something that changes in the near future?
Also, is there anyway to export these reports in .html format? Sure makes it easier when you can.
Thanks!

hi texasmarketer,
which reports would you like to see totaled? let me know and i'll look into it.
as for the HTML export, i'll take that down as a feature request - you can also click on the "feedback" link at the bottom of adCenter and let us know that way.
thanks,

The "Keyword" report is the report I would most like to see a total column on. It makes it easier for me to show my clients where they stand overall and allows them to see the breakdown of where their money went.

Not only do the columns not total, but my click totals by keyword do not come close to equaling the number of clicks that are reported for that specific campaign. Has anyone else had this problem? I thought that they were on a delay, but it has been over a month, and my clicks by keyword never get updated.

One need I see in Adcenter is to relate a date with the data we see on each page.
For example on the opening page of any account, you see a summary of campaigns with their respective totals. However, there is no date or date range that relates to this data on the page. You have to go to reports, select a report, generate a report and then finally view whats going on in that time frame. Now the end report is fantastic! However, I think a simple drop down list of the most commonly requested time frames to generate an instant report would be very useful.
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
month to date.
I would also say that, I think that although all of us would love up to the minute real time reporting, we know this is not very realistic right now. So give us an honest date timestamp that relates to the data that is being displayed.. .especially in the yesterday and today reports. If the data is lagging by 4 hours, thats fine at least we know what we're dealing with.
I believe that most of us navigate around a PPC interface within the context of a date. For example; if I select month to date for my data then I would like that date range to stick with me as I navigate the site from page to page. As an administrator of many accounts I would prefer this date range to stick with me from account to account as well.
In addition, allowing the user to select which time zone to view the data in would also be helpful. If this is not possible then be sure to add the appropriate time zone to all date time stamps.
Well time to go
