Notice that careercatalyst.org is the actual URL listed under that result.

When you click"Show Google's cache of ..." at the bottom of the page you see the proper site's content that doesnt belong to careercatalyst.org.

All the headers Im seeing have a 200 response code.

Now, if you were to visit careercatalyst.org and look at the Google cache (link (http://64.233.179.104/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2005-26,GGLG:en&q=cache:http%3A%2F%2Fcareercatalyst.org%2F)) you'll actually see the cache for yet another different site - www.north-carolina-college-basketball-tickets.com

Was there possibly a 302 that was in place and now is gone or is it something else?

Im seeing the proper site having pages dropped out of the index that just happened in the last week.

I have seen similiar situations before when registering domains with godaddy.com.

Notice that the Google cache page is actually a Godaddy coming soon page.

I used the Godaddy whois tool and was able to verify that both domains had been registered at Godaddy.

I had an instance in the past where a completely different domain name registered at godaddy resolved to my domain (also registered at godaddy) and showed up in the traffic stats as a referrer to my site.

Both domains resolved to the same shared hosting server.

Too bad the domains you are wondering about aren't up anymore so we could determine if they were on the same Godaddy server during the caching period.
