Good Day ALL!
Does anyone know the best place to search and locate keywords for the European markets?
I normally use a combination of Wordtracker and Overture - but how accurate are these for Europe?
Cheers

there are some country specific tools here

From what I've heard, Hitwise.co.uk has some useful info there. Also try KeywordDiscovery.com by Trellian.

Finding keywords in European languages - is not easy. Hitwise is principally in English - Trellian is headed in an interesting direction - but the easiest resource for European keywords remains a combination of Overture, Miva and Google.
Overture and Miva (similar tool to Overture but fewer languages) both combine certain spellings of keywords into one result - which is great for pay per click - less useful for organic. Added to that - they combine them in a different way - just to make life interesting.
Google's tool - despite the recent developments - doesn't give you any numbers.
There are other tools available in certain language - but in my experience not hugely reliable.
For the multilingual marketer - the best is to combine your research using Overture - then checking out the alternate spellings with Google! And you must have a native speaker at work on the project :)
