I was listening to a radio show the other day and the host was reading out google searches as they were made. Can anyone point me to the url from which this info can be read?

Google does this in their lobbies at Google offices. Aside from that, it's not on the web. Either the host was at Google or more likely was looking at a real time display from another search engine. You can find a list of these here: http://searchenginewatch.com/facts/article.php/2156041
