I don't use anybody other than G and Y, but here are some possibilities:

http://www.search123.com/
http://www.miva.com/us/content/advertiser/pay_per_click.asp
http://home.searchfeed.com/
http://www.kanoodle.com/

I'd love to get clicks for less than a cent, but I have never found any company that delivers traffic at that low of a cost to deliver quality traffic, so the real cost is much higher than the cost per click.

What's the use of running PPC campaigns if they are not targeted. If you’re only goal is to increase the number of unique visitors to your site- then by all means go for it. In the past I had worked with some affiliates who promised thousands of unique visitors- I’m sure they were using something similar.

My advise will be to stick to main engines and try out shopping search engines such as shopzilla and pricegrabber.
