Hello Everyone,
I have two pages which both pertain to the same item yet have different info about the item. Both pages do okay (but not great) and get hits for their keywords.

I'd like to move everything to one page because the pages compete with each other. The keywords are pretty much the same for each page.

How should I go about doing this?

Should I:

1. Put everything on one new page with a new file name and redirect both of the old pages to the one new page?

2. Keep one old page with the old file name, put everyting on it, and redirect the other old page to it?

3. Put everything on one new page with a new file name, redirect one of the old pages to it, and let the other old page hang in limbo.

4. Should I scrap options 1, 2, and 3 and do something else?

I would keep the two pages and change the focus of the page and internal linking to target diffrent keyphrases to cover the full buying cycle of your product.
