Anyone here have experience with Business.com or IT.com?

I need to find alternatives to Yahoo and Google for a client who is the Large Enterprise Software Space. They are not happy with the conversion rates after the click. I have done some none search type lead generation for them on KnowledgeStorm and Bitpipe, but I would like to try some non directory, vertical search alternatives.

I have experience with both.
IT.com is new; the results I have gotten are pretty good. As their network grows they will hopefully only get better.

Business.com; we have had good results in the past.

You might want to check out Industry Brains. They are not really search, but they do have a pretty good contextual network.

nathan, saying "they're not happy with the conversion after the click" makes me curious. if i'm beating a dead horse, i apologize, but if your client is getting traffic from the major engines already, is there a possibility that there's something basic like a keyword targeting or usability problem underlying the conversion issue? i'd be inclined to look at those first before devoting too much energy to other vertical-specific traffic sources. B2B is a notoriously tough area from a conversion standpoint, but i'd still default to really working the basics first. vertical-specific engines will never deliver the same firehose of traffic that google and yahoo will, but i suppose it depends on your client's needs.
