I am relatively new to SEM, and while I have overture and google under control, I am looking to move toward some second tier PPC programs.

Does anyone know of some good bid management tools with which I can easily manage multiple second tier search engines?

Ideally, I would liketo have a tool that automatically submits new keywords to many search engines at once, as well as auto-manage their corresponding bids.

Suggestions?

What 2nd tier engines are you looking at? I'm a UK advertiser running campaigns on Miva (formerly Espotting/FindWhat) and Mirago, as well as 'the big two'.

The BidBuddy PPC management suite from www.thesearchworks.com is very effective in managing our campaigns across all four of these engines.

I have tried to contact BidBuddy (the search works) since Thursday of last week and still have not gotten a call back. I have emailed them 3 times, submitted information via the online form and tried to call them. The phone number has been busy every time I have called.

Very frustrating for this to happen when just trying to get information on the product. Hope the support isnt this bad.

Hi Bulsworth,

I must say I'm surprised to hear you're having such problems getting in touch with BidBuddy. It's no excuse, but I know they're busy expanding their services into Europe at the moment, as well as trying to recruit more UK staff. In my experience I've never had any problems with getting a response out of them, and of the few support requests I've logged, they've all been responded to and sorted within 1 - 2 working days.

I'd suggest you keep trying. I've used a number of PPC management tools over the past couple of years and none of them are a patch on BidBuddy.

Yeah I finally got a response today. They don't really deal with US companies. They only work with European search engines, Google US and Yahoo US. Plus they have not phone support for US. So I am looking elsewhere.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Remember, when you post questions like this that you also say which area/markets you work in. This is a multinational forum and many of us are not from the US
