I´ve seen too many sites doing QUANTITY and NO QUALITY BLOGS...
Is this happen just like another dirty SPAMMING technique?

I just found a lot of my first "tagvertising" - tag blog spamming at Technorati today so I can empathize with you. It's a sad state of affairs, but one that will probably continue for the foreseeable future.

I regularly set up "alerts" for my articles and blog posts and am amazed at the number of sites that simply scrape headlines for content. Most at least link back to the source document but many are just a jumble of garbage using small snippets from every which place, most of which are running adsense ads.

If Yahoo can check every ad before it goes online, you would think that Google could at least check every site where adsense ads are placed. It is very, very sad.

I´m agreeing with this. Too many BLOGS with exactly the same content, just like a copy / paste work.
The problem -I think- is when you search for something and your web results are differents pages or BLOGS with the same information... many times, you´ll find TONS of keywords without no sense.

This is very sad for a customer search experience. :(
