I saw the following blog (http://weblogs.jupiterresearch.com/analysts/stein/archives/009059.html) entry:

"I am a member of a cycling team which uses Yahoo Groups to keep files and run our email discussion list. The emails always contain banners, but today I just noticed today an email with "sponsored links". These are not actual ads, but links to searches, which turn up only sponsored listings. I believe Yahoo has rolled out ContentMatch before in this way, but I haven't seen it on the groups emails."

Is this new..? Or have there 'always' been sponsored links in Yahoo Group emails? Just curious if this could be a hint of YPN to come...
