Can anybody help out here?
Does Google use Arin.net (Worldwide IP address Registry) Country / Region codes to establish where a server is located, or do they have their own database of IP addresses based on routers and routings between countries. I assume they may get this from the major ISPs, or some other means of establishing a server's country from it's IP address ?
Cheers
