We are in the midst of launching a new website and would like to find some additional training resources for our in-house web staff. Any recommendations?

If you are looking for an informational resource on search engine optimization, there are tons of websites that offer tips and advice. Some of these sites are:
www.sewatch.com
www.searchengines.com
www.isedb.com
www.pandia.com
www.searchengineguide.com

If you are looking to send one of your search engine optimization engineers to a training course you might want to check out www.bruceclay.com. Bruce Clay offers a training session and teaches your techs about seo. I am not sure if the course is good and what is involved in the training seminar, but if this is the route you are looking to go you might want to give them a call.

Make sure they attend the upcoming Search Engine Strategies Conference (http://www.jupiterevents.com/sew/summer05/index.html) in San Jose. This is a cant miss event if you want to get a leg up on your competition and really learn everything from the basics to advanced seo from organic to PPC. The parties are fun too. :)

Thanks for your help I really appreciate it, in the meantime would you mind reviewing our website http://www.vwebwristbands.com and pointing some of the fundamental errors that we need to work on, this would be greatly appreciated. I see we're poistioned at 36th on yahoo and I'm not sure why we're so low. Please help me out here, any advice would be great.
