We are a bit nervous about using a company from another country and wanted to know if any U.S. members have any feedback on them?

I haven't used them for SiteMatch (haven't done it, haven't needed to) but I did use INEEDHITS back when it was still the old Inktomi PFI and they were just fine.

No problem, it's all done in US currency (from here in Calif. anyway); the only difference you might notice is in the time difference, with different time zones, when emails get sent back and forth - but it isn't really any problem as long as you're aware that sleep/business hours don't match, but it's still same day, in actuality.

To be honest all of the Yahoo! partners will provide a top level service regardless of where their head office is located.
