Ok, I've been searching all morning and can't find any discussion or newsletters on this, so forgive me if this is a simple rtfm somewhere.

Apparently Overture (Y! SMS) changed their reporting formats and are unable to be imported into ClickTracks campaign managers. Has anyone had any luck importing PPC data into ClickTracks this week?

Here's a snippit of a Tech Support IM with clicktracks today:
[12:13] clicktracks: Overture right now is unusable. They completely changed their format.
[12:13] (me): I noticed. So we're just SOL, then ?
[12:13] clicktracks: Until we get a new release out the door. You can use old overture files to get the campaign definitions in.
[12:15] clicktracks: If you have old overture CSVs laying around, you can import those and get counts for the old campaigns at the least.

Is this completely out of left field? Is there something ClickTracks support may not know about the new PPC reporting? Is anyone else experiencing this?

We are thinking about using ClickTracks - I am just wondering if you were able to solve this problem, because we obviously wouldn't want to rely on ClickTracks if they can not support Yahoo/Overture PPC.

I recieved their newsletter and I think they'd fixed it (deleted the email).

Drop them a line - they were working on it, definitely - sales at clicktracks dot com

Well, it was solved. But then again this week, apparently Monday, Yahoo! SMS changed their report format again. With MSN coming into the fold, you'd think that Yahoo! would be looking to make their customers happier, not upset.

At any rate, ClickTracks released a new parser config file - although they didn't just auto-email it; you had to ask for it. That only worked with certain licenses, however. Version 5.5.7 was supposed to be out Wednesday, according to Technical Support. But that never happened.

With a bit of effort, ClickTracks was able to get me working so I could import my reports. From my few experiences with them, the ClickTracks support team is first-rate and really goes the extra step to help.
