If you type into google:

london caterers

you will find at the top position a page that has no H1's, no content, no PR, no incoming links. the site in itself (britishinformationDOTcom) has quite a number of links; but none have any referance to "caterers" or anyhitng of this sort.
How the hell are they doing this?

The site is producing dynamic content within frames.

Google did cache the following content at one time:

http://64.233.187.104/search?q=cache:PoKK4j2alZUJ:www.britishinformation .com/clients/%3Fcat%3DLondon%2520Caterers+site:http://www.britishinformation.com/+%2B%22london+caterers%22&hl=en&lr=&strip=1

You cannot look at the full cache because it includes code that tries to load that cached page, and that page is apparently no longer being served. That may indicate they are cloaking, that may indicate they have changed their content and the index has not yet caught up to them.
