Hello All,
Like many, I am quite confused with Google lately. I am having some very odd things happening to some of my sites on Google lately...
1. When I search for the site at hand on google.com, it is not listed for the terms it had been listed #4 for 1 year.
2. Since SuperBowl update, same site is knowhere to be found on google.com for any of its keywords.
3. Today, I check google.com and no ranking yet.
4. Today I check google.ca and all my old rankings are back! Still no ranking on google.com.
The confusion starts here...... When I ask a friend to merely copy the link I send them via email, showing the search results on both google.com and google.ca, they see totally different SERPS. In some cities they see the site on google.com and google.ca while on others they don't see the site on either of Google's engines.....All this while I can only see the site on google.ca
Anyone have any clue what this could be? I am thinking there are some changes going on at Google, cause the results/SERPS seem to be all out of whack, even when I check up on the various datacenters with www.mcdar.net's tools...
Any ideas/Suggestions/Opinions would be greatly appreciated....If anyone has seo'd any sites that are geotargeted, please try this out and see if you see the same results.....
Cheers
