As many of you probably know, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has cut all ties with Expedia. This hurts because I am responsible with many of the Internet Marketing duties for a Holiday Inn in San Diego.
My point is that now we have to participate in IHG's affiliate program, and try to add as many affiliates as possible. I have never done this before and have been trying to contact webmasters to see if they want to participate, but I haven't received many responses.
Does anyone have any good suggestions or good ways to do this? I am pretty new when it comes to Internet Marketing.

Some are very highly respected, and have a following that trusts and supports them (mutually). A good AM not only knows how to run a program right, but has become well connected and can bring you some good affiliate partners as well.
What you do may depend on how your program is done - by you or IHG.

Hi SDJunky,
So sorry I never saw this thread. I only discovered it since - I just found they added an affiliate issues section to the forum.
I, like Marcia, am a little confused by what you are asking and why if you are part of IGH and only responsbile for one hotel - you are trying to do affiliate recruiting yourself?
I know this is an old thread and you may have it all figured out, but if you need help feel free to give me a call. I'm right in the OC too and always happy to give away free advice.
