I am a little confused about keywords and pharses, in the keyword meta tag my understanding is to use keyword pharses. If I have more then one keyword pharse how do I list them i.e.

Phase 1 - Qaulity cars for sale
Phase 2 - London cars

How would I list the above in the keywords meta tag?

With the keyword tag, the main thing is only putting keywords that are on that page.

As to keywords/phrases, I personally don't bother using comma's to separate keywords, the comma is just seen as a space to the search engines. You can go either way, with or with out commas, if you do decide to go the comma route, you don't want to repeat the same word too often. No more than 2/3 times.

Its not going to make or break your rankings if you decide to go either way. You'll find some rankings in the search engines that use both ways. The main thing is to not abuse it.
