Can anyone point me to a resource that explains under what conditions a SE spider can/cannot see the contents on an I-Frame?

I understand that all the major SE's - Yahoo, MSN and Google - will follow the src link, and will index the iframe contents as a separate page - just like any other frameset.

I can't provide you with a document that says that - but if you look at a few sites using iframes, they seem to get treated just like any frameset - parent and child get separated and indexed by their URL.
