I work for a large organization (non-agency) and have been trying to get switched over to an invoicing plan with Overture. I contacted their billing department, went through the credit approval process, and they told me to contact a specific sales rep that handled other divisions of my company.

So I left two messages with this person and received no response (I left messages in December).

I called Overture's Inside Sales department today and asked for their help, and they were nothing short of vague with their responses. I was told I would receive a call from another sales representative. Still no call.

Please help. What am I missing? I just want to pay them. I can't put the growing charges on corporate credit cards any longer.

I'm starting to come up with some wild conspiracy theories as to why they are not responding - do you all have any suggestions??
