Can anybody tell me how can I use link:www.GoogleExampleURL.com but exclude all links from exampleURL from the query results?

For example I get 1000 results using link:www.GoogleExampleURL.com query. Now let's say 700 of those results come from exampleURL.com domain. I want to exclude those result and filter just the links that come from different domains.

The link: operator can't be combined with any other, but you can run searches on your domain name, your company name, etc and add -site:www.domain.com to the query. That won't give you everything, and not everything it gives you will be a link, but at least you'll have that degree of control over it.

Besides, the link: query has never shown all of the links Google was aware of.

Thank you qwerty. I was aware that query has never shown all of the links Google was aware of. But this works great for my purpose.

I'm pretty sure you could do it with the free Google API. Takes a bit of effort though to set it up so it may depend on how often you will need this.

One more thing.... if you do the link search at Yahoo, it will let you add the site: limiter at the end of the string. Don't know about IE, but with Firefox using Search Status extension, it automatically adds a -site: to the search.
