Why do you think the some of the bluefind categories had a PR drop? Some went down from PR4 - PR0 ???

I see the homepage with a good PR8, it seems those top level pages which suffer a PR0 seem to suffering from some sort of automated or manual penalty,
Some top level pages are not even in google's index,

Think John might be able to give a better answer,

Google is still updating data centers, but on some of them, the entire directory is delisted. There are no results when you search for www. bluefind .com. We'll see when the final results are in, but it doesn't look good. Looks like either a manual or automated penalty. I am very interested why. I really feel bad for this guy and company. They have spent a lot of money building and promoting their site. If I were him, I would definitely fight it. We'll see.

There was a thread started on BlueFind weeks ago, and there well may be a duplicate content issue involved

For Bluefind I believe the had a server crash a while back and possibly didn't have a full backup which means some pages are 'new'.
Don't have any inside info - but noticed half of their archive was completely gone for a time.

I've split the About.com discussion to this thread: About.com's Site Map (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?t=3618).
