There can be many reasons.
- Google can not find your internal pages because of internal navigation that is not search engine friendly
- Your site can be new or your pages can be new and it takes time for the PageRank to funnel from your homepage to your internal pages
Those are two possible reasons, but there can be other reasons.
If your site is relatively new it could be that the internal page links have not yet been updated, or it could be that there is a problem with your linking between your home page and your internal pages.
Without knowing the URL of your site its hard to help much more than that. If you can post the URL of your site we can give you more definitive answers.
In the meantime, you can brush up on internal linking. A common reason is javascript based menu systems that cannot be read by search engines, another common on is dynamic pages with long strings in the URLs.
Exactly how to link your internal pages depends on how many you have and what your objectives are, but once you have posted your URL, I am sure you will get more suggestions as to what to do next.
