I was trying to access the Keyword Sandbox suggestion tool, but it is redirecting me to Adwords link.

Has Google stopped this access at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordSandbox and only restricted access to adwords members? or is it a temporary upgradation?

Just a quick heads-up that, for those who do not already have accounts, the keyword tool is available from the sign up wizard. To get to it, just go to adwords.google.com, and look for the 'Click to begin' button near the right middle of the page.

Although this is where one would create an account, it can certainly be used for access to the keyword tool, and the Traffic Estimator. And, no, you need not sign up for an account! :)
