Increase market share against Google
Hopefully fix their PPC ad labs - it really is hard to follow

Its going to be interesting how they manage the merge with Yahoo.

I'm still amazed at how few consumers take advantage of the Bing Cashback program.

I think they will just start to give better displayed results with a higher hit rate on relevance.
I was reading about how they will also be integrating recipes into their results for food searches and more in depth for medical terms as well.

I think 2010 for Bing will be the year we see a separation from the style of results you get at Google and Bing where it's not which engine you use but what experience you are after and less of Bing chasing Google but instead offering the user another kind of experience.

The exact same happened when Google released Chrome. Google took a step back and said right how can me make Chrome different by making each tab have it's own system resources meant it ran faster than IE and as a result Chrome is already up to 5% global browser share. IE9's going to be interesting though huge leaps forwards including CSS3.

I think 2010 will be Bings version of doing this but in the search results battle grounds instead. This can all ready be seen in some searches like the term spooks in the UK where Bing gives you 20 results separated under headers, again Facebook, Ebay, Amazon results all follow this separation of results under headers for the same result.

I think Bing needs to be different or offer a different experience to steal the users away from Google and so far they are making a pretty good crack at it IMO.

1 thing they need to get onto is adding Local results for anyone not in the US, I find getting to the top of Google maps so easy and it is definitely an area Google has a huge leap on them at the moment.

I agree going for international local would be huge
